These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the fs77 platform and its users. By creating or managing an account through the fs77 website or application, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

fs77 is committed to providing a safe and fair online gaming environment. All our services are secured with SSL encryption technology and operated in accordance with fair play principles.

1 General Information & Definitions

In these Terms, "platform" refers to the fs77 website, mobile version and all related services. "User" or "you" refers to any person who uses our services. "We", "our" or "fs77" refers to the organisation that operates the platform.

These Terms are written in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh. In the event of any linguistic ambiguity or uncertainty, the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative.

fs77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Users will be given appropriate notice of any significant changes. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To use the fs77 platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years old (for 21+ users only).
• You must reside in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legal.
• You may hold only one account in your own name.
• You must conduct transactions using your own bank or mobile banking account.

fs77 may request a copy of your identity card or national ID at any time for age verification. Providing a false age will result in immediate account closure and the associated balance may be forfeited.

3 Account Registration & Management

3.1 Registration

When opening an account, you must provide accurate and complete information — including your name, date of birth, contact details and preferred payment method. fs77 reserves the right to close any account where incorrect or misleading information is provided.

3.2 Password & Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.3 Single Account

Each user may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being closed and any accumulated bonuses being cancelled.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following payment methods are supported on the fs77 platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (for each method).

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

4.3 Verification Process

For large withdrawal amounts, fs77 may request additional documents for identity verification. Withdrawals may be temporarily delayed until verification is complete.

• All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Transactions will be suspended if money laundering or illegal activity is suspected.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Or depositing ৳18,000 or more earns the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳26,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Winnings from a bonus may only be withdrawn after meeting the wagering requirement. Wagering is calculated at 15 times the bonus amount only — not on the original deposit. Example: for a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 before withdrawing the bonus.

5.3 Other Bonus Terms

• Each user may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after wagering requirements are met.
• Multiple bonus offers may not apply at the same time.
• fs77 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if evidence of bonus abuse is found.
• Cashback benefits for Bronze, Silver and Gold tiers under the VIP programme apply separately.

6 Gaming Rules

The fs77 platform offers various types of gaming including slots, live casino, cricket betting and fishing games. Each game has its own rules, detailed on the relevant game page.

6.1 Sports Betting

Betting is available on various sporting events including cricket, football and kabaddi. Odds are subject to change and the odds at the time the bet is confirmed will apply. If a match is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded. In the event of a results dispute, fs77's decision will be considered final.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical fault or disconnection, fs77 will take appropriate action. In such situations, if the round was not completed, the bet amount is generally refunded.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fs77 platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or managing another person's account.
• Strategic betting with the intent to abuse bonuses.
• Using a false identity or forged documents.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the platform's software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing.
• Harassing other users or engaging in fraudulent activity.
• Placing automated bets using third-party software or bots.

If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, fs77 will immediately close the relevant account and may forfeit all deposited funds and bonuses. Legal action may also be taken if necessary.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 By fs77

fs77 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account in the event of a breach of these Terms, for investigative purposes, or in cases of suspicious activity. An attempt will be made to notify the user by email before such action is taken.

8.2 By the User

You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Any available balance will be ensured for withdrawal before the account is closed; however, bonuses with incomplete wagering requirements will be cancelled.

9 Responsible Gaming

fs77 places the highest priority on responsible gaming. Gaming is for entertainment, and we are committed to ensuring it never becomes a problem.

• You can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on your account.
• You can use the temporary break or self-exclusion feature.
